A very pretty compact succulent pelargonium bred by Cliff Blackman in crossing P. cortusifolium and P. echinatum. It has a nice compact habit especially suitable for growing in pots with dense, lightly tomentose foliage. A winter grower and flowerer, it sheds its foliage as rainfall ceases. If grown in a pot allow it to go dry and dormant over summer for a rest period. During this time I find the dormant pellies are best in a shady location to protect the bare stems from sunburn. Grow them in full sun once the foliage returns which can be artificially induced by starting to water again in mid autumn.
