Typical Tulbaghia in foliage although slightly larger all round with a more defined bulbous base. Grows into a large clump over time and just about bullet proof, growing happily in full sun to part shade. Flowers are large and fragrant, produced en mass in spring. In hot dry conditions it will rest over summer and rebloom in autumn but with summer water it will continue flowering. From the lower parts of the Drakensberg Mountains in South Africa so eminently suited to Australian gardens, especially Western Australian gardens.
