Possibly the king of airy vertical colour in the garden! Flowering from spring to late autumn, it is best cut down to the base in winter to allow the new seasons growth unimpeded room in spring. Grows rapidly, reaching up to 2m high from a narrow base of approximately 30cm. Weave in with smaller perennials to accentuate its height, or pair with grasses for colour throughout the season. Full sun is best although will tolerate a little bit of shade.
