A highly aromatic sage from California with very fragrant foliage reminiscent of mint mixed with citrus. Low growing, it makes a dense carpet in morning sun to dappled shade. Large cerise flowers are produced generously in spring with some spot flowering into summer. A final flush is possible in autumn if it receives some water over the drier periods. Foliage to 15cm high (approx) and flower stems up to 35cm. Will spread indefinitely as space allows but is easy to pull out if necessary.
