Big, bold annual nicotiana for rapidly filling gaps in the garden and providing a late spring to early summer display. Best planted in autumn to utilise the winter rains to get this nicotiana really tall (it can reach 2mH) and then sit back and enjoy the show. Once you have a plant it will happily self seed around or collect the seed and sprinkle in desired locations during mid to late autumn. Avoid mulching over the top during winter as it can rot. A classic plant that once seen, is never forgotten! Full sun. If spring is dry it may need some supplemental water until it flowers.
